The Challenge

A post-acquisition EPC group operating across North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific was running multiple regional ERP instances with no consolidated project P&L view. Project cost tracking across complex multi-country contracts was unreliable. HR and payroll were fragmented across continents with no unified workforce data or standardised processes.

Single Oracle Fusion instance deployed across 27 entities in 15 countries covering Financials, Project Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, and HCM with Payroll. Real-time project P&L visibility established across all active contracts. Consolidated group reporting operationalised within one unified data model. Local compliance requirements addressed for each operating jurisdiction.

ORACLE FUSION FINANCE CLOUD - MULTI-ENTITY ROLLOUT

FINANCIAL SERVICES - MULTI-JURISDICTION

The Challenge

A rapidly expanding asset management group with entities across the UAE, KSA, Cayman Islands, UK, USA, Monaco, Kuwait, and Egypt was operating on disparate financial systems following multiple acquisitions. Intercompany eliminations and group consolidation were handled manually. Regulatory reporting requirements varied by jurisdiction and were increasingly difficult to manage without a unified platform.
  • The Outcome

Oracle Fusion Financials deployed across 29 legal entities in 8 jurisdictions with a unified chart of accounts and automated intercompany eliminations. Consolidation cycle reduced from 4 weeks to under one week. Supply Chain modules added for UAE operating entities. HCM and Talent suite implemented for key operating companies. Audit readiness significantly improved across the group.
